As the photographer, I agree, I don't think this if fine art, but it does deserve a name. How about, "This is Mine,go find Your own!

This is a great photo, but its no fine art. People use the term "fine art" too often these days, maybe they should look it up and see what it means before they use it. If we call everything fine art, true fine art loses it meaning.
