Does ifp3 have a shopping cart?
Yes! ifp3 has a shopping cart that connects to PayPal. You can set up a PayPal account for free if you don't already have one yet. PayPal supports all the major international currencies for customers that wish to purchase your images in locations around the world. Your clients can use their PayPal account or any major credit card to pay for your images. Using PayPal also helps keep your overall cost down by not having to integrate your own credit card merchant account into a site. These accounts typically run $350 - $500 per year before you even make one sale. You won't have to worry about this with an ifp3 website.
Is ifp3 a good solution for wedding photographers?
Yes! ifp3 allows you to create private accounts to show a gallery of images for an event. Combined with the ifp3 shopping cart, you can provide a link and login information to anyone in the wedding party and they can view the private gallery and purchase images.
Does ifp3 have a Slide Show Feature?
Yes! Your ifp3 website has an optional slide show feature that enables your customers to view your galleries as a slide show. The slide show player has start and stop controls plus 3 different speeds to choose from.
Do I have to give you my credit card info to use the free trial?
No. We don't require a credit card for you to give us a try. You will have a fully functional ifp3 website up and running in a few minutes with all the features enabled and you can cancel at anytime or just let the free trial expire.
Is it true I can make my site any color I want?
Yes! ifp3 does not limit your choices to a few pre-determined color schemes. Use our color picker with over 65 million colors to create any vision you have.
Can I have music on my ifp3 website?
Yes you can. There is an optional player you can activate that enables you to upload up to three MP3 files. Your music can play automatically or you can set it to manual so your customers have the option to turn it on. You can also set your music to loop, or play through all of your songs one by one.
Do you provide Printing Services with ifp3?
We don't provide printing services for one main reason - We feel that the prints you deliver to your customers are the most important thing you do. In our opinion, you should try out a few print shops and find one that is up to your standards. We also recommend that you have the prints delivered to you first to make sure they meet your standards before you present them to your client. The quality of the prints you deliver can "make or break" your business, so don't leave that up to someone else.
I have a lot of images. Can I upload more than one at a time?
Yes! We have a bulk upload feature that allows you to upload up to 200 images at a time.
How many pages, images, and galleries am I limited to?
At ifp3 your pages, images, and galleries are unlimited!
Do you take fees or commissions on my sales?
No. You keep 100% of the proceeds from your sales minus any processing fees from PayPal. Also, PayPal enables your customers to pay with their PayPal account or any major credit card.
Can I use my own domain name?
Yes. For a one time fee of $45 we will setup your ifp3 website to work with your own domain. We don't sell domain names so you will need to already own one or purchase your domain from a place such as GoDaddy.com.
Where is my website hosted?
Your website is hosted by ifp3 on our servers in Orange County, California.
Do I need to download anything to get started?
Nothing except the Flash Browser Plugin which you probably have already. Everything is done on our server so you never have to download software from us. The best part is, as we update and improve our product you receive all the benefits without the hassle of downloading new software. Some of the more advanced features may require the latest Flash plugin to work.
Will you keep my information private?
Yes. We will not share or sell your information to anyone, at any time, period!
I have a Mac. Will ifp3 work for me?

Can people copy my images for free off my site?
Your website is built with Macromedia Flash which doesn't allow right clicking or copying of images. Your ifp3 website also has a watermark feature with 5 different styles of watermarks. You choose the text for your watermark as well as the colors and opacity. An ifp3 website is a safe way to display your images online.
Will people be searching through other photographer's work along with mine?
With ifp3 you get a stand-alone website! You display only the work you want to on your own website.

What if I need private viewing areas for my clients?
We have that! Every user account you create has the option to have multiple private galleries attached to it. For example, if you are a wedding photographer and want to show a family their wedding pictures but don't want anyone else that visits your site to see the photos, you create an account with a username and password for the family and assign a private gallery to it. Now all they have to do is log in to your website and view their private gallery!
How much does all this cost?
Our rates are $240.00 per year (this equals $20 per month when paid a year in advance), $150.00 for six months, or $30.00 per month. See your admin home page after you activate your FREE TRIAL for details.
Can I have more than one background image?
Yes! You can set as many as 10 images to rotate through a number of pages, or set just one specific image per page. And of course, you can have as many pages as you wish.
Do I have to be on my computer to update my site?
You can update your site from anywhere in the world. All you need is an internet connection, your username and password. You are not limited to using your own computer since there is no software to download and install.
What if I forgot my username and password?
Please go to http://admin.ifp3.com and use the "Forgot Password" link on the sign in box to retrieve your password.
